#3: Be confident show them by holding up your head up, look around the room and give everyone a big smile;
#4: Don’t mumble. If using a microphone check you know how it works. In the days and weeks before the reception practice projecting your voice.
#5: Establish eye contact with a person, hold for a few seconds then find someone else to look at.
